These days the property prices are spiraling up unbelievably,reason being India’s is the second fastest growing economy in the world, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) from Monday, August 4 onwards would start selling off 5,000 flats at a rate flat 40 per cent less than the market price. This means that it will be a real treat for those who actually manage to get in and secure something for their future.
Delhi sees a daily increase of population, which translates into increasing pressure on the limited available space. In a case like this, the availability of flats from the DDA and that too at a slashed rate comes as a real boon. These flats would be available in areas such as Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Motia Khan, Dwarka and Pitampura which are some of the posh localities of North Delhi.
Amongst these 5,000 DDA flats, 352 of them will be three-bedroom ones, 889 two-bedroom ones, 3,231 flats will be a one-bedroom abode and the remaining 286 expandable. At a time when the property costs and rising EMIs have caused many to drop their plan to buy a house, these flats will come for anything between Rs 7.2 lakh and Rs 77 lakh.

on 5-8-08,I have gone through your DDA housing scheme2008, on DDA website but there was no application form as written in TOI on3-8-08 by DDA
for flats. I was surprised that DDA is giving a price reduction of 40% and cost of the flats,which vary from Rs 7.2-77 lakhs. Iam iterested to by an expandable or two bed room flat. May you kindly send a form.

i have applied many times but luck never favoured me i am a service class person who has to think twice before playing a gamble,but i have gone through many people who owns more tha one flat in DDA by what way that you have to find.I myself has checked one name twice in two different type of flats scheme.

Sir, my bank accounts are in two banks : SBBJ, Bharatpur, Rajasthan and Bank of Baroda, New Delhi. I have no account in any other bank. How can SBI give me loan for this purpose ? Is SBBJ account is valid in SBI ? I am a probationer officer class ‘A’ posted at Faridabad. I wants to take loan from SBI, Faridabad. How can it possible ? please guide me.

Hi, All of you had asked the same question ie; where you can get this form, what is the eligibility to fill this form or whatever.
I would like to tell you , DDA Flats Housing Board 2008 forms are available with Axis Bank (any branch). You can buy this form @ Rs.100 from the bank itself. ELIGIBILITY: you should have a address proof and PAN Card (Pan number) is must.your latest 2 photographs. thats it . its a simple procedutre just visit your nearest axis bank and they will guide you. well tomorrow is the last date of submitting the form. Sir, I had applied for this scheme thorugh State Bank of India, Pahar Ganj Branch, New Delhi – 110055 vide my application no. 0872135 on 13.9.2005. I paid the bank charges through cheque of my account with them. Bank gave me only counterfoil of deposit of Rs.5050.00 i.e. bank charges. Now my form is missing. After great persuation when my receipt was not given inspite of lapse more than one month they said my form is misplaced. I had asked them under RTI in SBI General Manager, Local Head Qrs., Sansad Marg but my reply will be given within a month i.e. by perhaps 5.12.2008. Now on 19.11.2008 DDA issued a press release to contact bank. What should I do , please direct the bank to submit my form and get me registered for draw of lot in this scheme. but i have not got success in it as it ask for category of flats which is not the case in this scheme. anybody if got better response from this url may tell me.
EVEN GOD DOES NOT KNOW HOW THIS DDA WALE FUNCTION HAVING SO MUCH FUNDS WITH THEM AND NOT GIVING A SINGLE PUBLIC INFORMATION NOTICE.

I have deposited my application form No. 9048521 in ICICI Bank, Vivek Vihar, Delhi – 110095 along with registration money of Rs. 1,50,000/- (through demand draft)for DDA Housing Scheme-2008 on dated 30/08/2008. But unfortunately, my name did not appeared in the draw declared in December 2008. DDA Authorities had annouced that registration money will be returned to all the applicants latest by 31/12/2008. ICICI Bank is showing major negligence in sending the refund. They said they are sending DDs instead of direct credit to a/c.

This draw is complitley true.I am sure more than 95% who have been successful in this draw are just lucky.and DDA started d allotments for the flats for lucky winner as soon as possibel,after complite veryfication form DDA OR ANY GOVT. agensy.BCOZ I am lucky winner and alloted a flat and we do not know even a single person in DDA.

I know who so ever in my knowledge is a successful applicant is by his or her luck and not by any fraud or so.
DDA should start issuing the allotment letters to the genuine successful allottees and may call them personally with appointments to physically verify their documents.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have deposited my application form No. 0082359 in axis bank, 14 sec gurgaon along with registration money of Rs. 1,50,000/- . But unfortunately, my name did not appeared in the draw declared in December 2008. DDA Authorities had annouced that registration money will be returned to all the applicants latest by 31/12/2008. Till date, I have not received the same. As such, it is requested to intimate me on which date my registration amount has been despatched.

i am one of the sucessful allotee and i have been alloted flat at vasant kunj.
i am a defence personal and till date i have not received the demand letter as i am presently posted to jaipur.
could u pl confirm by which date allotment letter will be despatched

My wife is a allotte for the DDA Draw-2008. Recently we received a letter from DDA for ‘Verification of Genuineness’. We are not clear what does the Counter Foil mean.
Kindly clear us…

I had filed an application to DDA under RTI Act vide my letter No.325 dated 9-03-2009, to which a reply was received vide DDA’s letter lNo.F.325/P1o/LAB(H)/RTI/DDA/411 directing me to deposit the cost of photo-copies amounting to Rs.186/-. The amount was deposited on, along with an application by me on, vide receipt No.REC/H/09/8.785 dated 15-04-2009. So far I have not received the documents applied for by me from the DDA despite the fact that more than ltwo months have passed. I am an advocate and another application to higher authroity of RTI of DDA for necessary action. Please do the needful immediately otherwise face the consequences.
