    The person to whom I entrusted paying service tax failed to do so before April-5 the due date. I came to know of it today only and as I am on a pilgrimage I am unable to pay it. In addition my Registration is with the office at Panvel – navi mumbai. Can i pay in a bank in Srirangam (Tiruchy)? Since my fees were < 10L till Oct-08 I did not file half yearly return. Any penalty for all these?

    Please reply. Also I dont get the payment challan on the net please help.
